What sets the 22RR apart from most compact toy haulers is the private front bedroom. You're not sleeping next to your gear. The garage in back handles smaller hauling needs like motorcycles or dirt bikes, while the rest of the floorplan stays livable with a full bath, 13.5k BTU ducted AC, and a full-door pantry that actually gives you somewhere to put things. At under 30 feet and well under 8,000 lbs max weight, it tows comfortably behind a half-ton truck. Forest River's Grey Wolf line is straightforward and value-focused, and owners consistently call the 22RR easy to tow and low-drama to own.
Many factors play into a unit's listing price and what you should pay. This guide provides a ballpark estimate, but it does not factor in your exact scenario or how different listings are equipped.
There may be room for price negotiation.
