That 16-foot garage is the real draw here. There's serious room for full-size ATVs, dirt bikes, or gear without playing Tetris to fit everything. Up front, the bedroom stays well separated from the action, and the U-shaped kitchen plus outdoor kitchen setup means you can cook without retreating inside when the ramp door is down. The loft adds flexible sleeping space, and the bath-and-a-half layout keeps things moving when you've got a full crew. Worth noting: owners consistently recommend sealing floor penetrations and upgrading the heating ducts early on to get the most out of this rig long-term.
