The star of this floor plan is the massive 14-foot garage. Genuinely usable space for full-size recreational gear, not just a tight squeeze. Up front, the bedroom offers a proper retreat away from the action, while the loft and bath and a half mean the sleeping and bathroom situation can actually accommodate a full group without constant traffic jams. Two entry doors and triple slides keep things from feeling cramped once you're set up. Like most Wolf Pack builds, the focus here is clearly on function and floorplan value rather than upscale finishes, so buyers who prioritize what they can haul and how many people they can sleep tend to be the happiest owners.
Many factors play into a unit's listing price and what you should pay. This guide provides a ballpark estimate, but it does not factor in your exact scenario or how different listings are equipped.
