Skip the factory wait. This exact unit is built, finished in the Mocha decor and photographed inside and out, so you know what arrives at your campsite. Looking for the best RV for a family of 10? You can walk through this one in person.

Families shopping for the best bunkhouse fifth wheel often start with sleeping space. So where does everyone sleep? It sleeps 10 in all. The front bedroom has a 60 x 80 queen with overhead cabinets, wardrobes and lift-up storage under the bed. In the rear room, a 60 x 80 loft bed sits behind a black rail, above a 54 x 74 bed. The tri-fold sofa and the booth dinette in the curb slide sleep two each.

The front bath is the one you’ll show off. It has a walk-in shower with a black-framed glass door, a backlit mirror, a porcelain toilet and a skylight. Back by the bunk room, the half bath adds a toilet and a vanity with a mirror cabinet. That second toilet matters when you bring the grandparents along.

The kitchen works around an island with a wood-look top, a workstation sink and a pull-down faucet. Accent lights glow under the island at night. The roadside slide holds a black refrigerator, a range with an oven and an overhead microwave, plus a glass-front display cabinet. Across the aisle, the curb slide pairs a tufted sofa with a booth dinette and large windows. A TV sits over an electric fireplace with cabinets, right beside the bunk-room door.

Step outside to the exterior kitchen compartment. The photos show a refrigerator, a countertop ice maker, a sink and a cabinet. Outdoor cooking keeps the crowd outside, and drinks stay cold without trips through the door. A digital control panel by the entry, a pass-through storage bay and a utility center with a power cord are also part of this unit.

What does GVWR mean on the 331BH? GVWR is the most it can weigh fully loaded, listed at 11,845 lbs. The manufacturer publishes a dry weight of 9,914 lbs for the empty unit, a pin weight of 1,645 lbs and 1,931 lbs of cargo capacity. It measures 38 feet 3 inches long, 96 inches wide and 13 feet 2 inches tall, with a 70-gallon black tank. Your truck’s door-jamb payload sticker is the place to start before you tow this 5th wheel.

For a big family, that adds up to more camper for your money, and nobody sleeps on the floor. Two slides open the middle of the trailer, and the white fiberglass exterior with Cherokee Arctic Wolf graphics finishes the look.
