What stands out most about the 8288SB is how livable it feels once you're inside. Owners regularly comment on the spacious layout, and the Murphy bed setup gives you flexibility that a fixed bed simply can't match. Automatic awnings are a nice touch that makes setting up camp feel effortless. Towing reports are consistently positive, which matters a lot in a fifth wheel pushing toward 38 feet. Forest River quality can vary across their lineup, but Rockwood Signature owners tend to be a loyal bunch, with many reporting years of solid, leak-free use.

Forest River Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite fifth wheel 8288SB highlights:
You'll be camping in style each time you take this fifth wheel out to the campground! The dual opposing slides in the main living area create an open floorplan, and the kitchen island here will provide more counter space to prep meals. You will love the theater seat directly across from the entertainment center and fireplace, and additional seating can be found on the hide-a-bed sofa or around the king U-shaped dinette. The full bath includes a shower with a seat, a skylight, plus a Maxxair ventilation fan to keep everything fresh. The front private bedroom may feel more like a resort with its king bed slide out, large wardrobe and shirt closet, plus a dresser to keep your clothes tidy. And did we mention this fifth wheel has two power awnings for maximum protection against the elements, and tons of exterior storage for all your gear!
Each Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite fifth wheel and travel trailer by Forest River is constructed with a radiant foil insulated underbelly, laminated fiberglass sidewalls, and tinted frameless windows for a more sleek look. Enjoy hassle-free towing thanks to the torsion axle Rubber-Ryde suspension system, and you'll also appreciate the tire pressure monitoring system with a monitor and the rear observation camera prep. Each model includes LED TV's, a multi zone stereo with DVD/CD/AM/FM and Bluetooth, plus outside speakers for all your entertainment needs. You'll find that the carpetless main bedroom floor will be so easy to clean, and the under-bed storage will allow you to easily store your luggage once you've unpacked. These fifth wheels and travel trailers also include designer kitchen backsplash, beautiful Newport Ash or Autumn wood cabinetry, and a fireplace on most models.
