A** loft** makes any trip fun for the kids! They will have two bunk mats with a wardrobe/bookcase above each bed for their books or toys, plus a wardrobe/cabinet for clothes and shoes. Everyone can gather in the main living area that includes dual opposing slides for added space, a 50" flat screen TV and fireplace, plus theater seating for all-around comfort. The chef of the family will have plenty of counter space to prep meals at the kitchen island, plus there is a** hutch with cabinets** to store dishes. Step down into the rear private bedroom where you can relax on the** slide out king bed**, and easily store your clothes in the large wardrobe or dresser!
With each Sierra Destination Trailer by Forest River you will enjoy many luxurious features, such as crown molding over the kitchen cabinets, solid surface kitchen countertops, a memory foam mattress, plus so much more. The extra large picture windows throughout let natural light in and provide beautiful outdoor views, and each model includes three or more slides for added interior space. You'll find many exterior conveniences, like the porch light with an interior switch, the rain gutters with extra long drip spouts to prevent black streaking, and an electric awning with LED light strip, plus more! The price includes the destination park trailer, deck, screen porch, shed and a golf cart. The seasonal site rent for this site is $2,950.00 plus electric. The rent is paid until July 2026.
