The no-slide design is a genuine selling point here. Easier to tow, fewer things to go wrong, and you still get a layout that sleeps 10 with a dedicated front bedroom and a bunkhouse in the rear. Grand Design threw in a standard solar package that owners report handles 3–4 days off-grid without issue, which is a nice bonus at this price point. The Transcend Xplor line has built a solid reputation as a well-constructed budget option, and the 247BH in particular gets consistent praise for its comfortable bunks and thoughtful use of space in a 30-foot package.
