For a pop-up, the 228D offers a surprisingly generous layout. Two real beds (60"x80" and 70"x80") plus a gaucho bed mean seven people can sleep comfortably without anyone drawing the short straw. The swing galley keeps cooking outside where it belongs, and the built-in griddle is a nice touch for camp breakfasts. A 10'6" awning extends your living space, and exterior storage keeps gear organized without cluttering the interior. The optional shower/toilet package is worth considering if you want a bit more independence from campground facilities.
Other popup campers floor plans (around 23 ft 11 in), similar in size and price to the Flagstaff MAC 228D.
