What stands out immediately about the 187RB is how much it manages to pack into a sub-22-foot frame: two separate sleeping areas (front and rear), a full bath with a skylight, and a 400-watt solar system with Starlink prep already built in. The tankless on-demand water heater is a genuine upgrade over typical trailer setups, and the 10 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator keeps things running efficiently off-grid. Coachmen put real thought into the construction here. Vacuum-bonded laminated sidewalls, a heated and enclosed underbelly with 12V heat pads, and an Aluma-Cage frame give it more cold-weather capability than you'd expect at this weight. The optional Stargazer blind and shade system is worth considering if you want to make full use of that bath skylight and keep the bedroom dark in the morning.
