Coachmen Apex Ultra-Lite 215RBK

The 215RBK pulls off something genuinely useful: two distinct sleeping areas, a Queen bed in the rear and a front bedroom, plus a U-shaped dinette that converts to a full bed, giving you flexible space without a massive footprint. At 4,363 lbs dry, it tows comfortably behind a mid-size truck, which opens it up to a lot of owners who don't want to step up to a heavy-duty rig. The outdoor kitchen is a nice touch for keeping cooking smells outside, and owners consistently praise how much storage Coachmen packed into the layout. Worth knowing: the slide-out needs to be open to access the bedroom comfortably, so plan accordingly when you're setting up camp.
