The rear-kitchen layout is the star here, giving you a real cooking space stretched across the back wall along with the counter and storage that couples consistently praise. Up front, a private bedroom keeps sleeping separate from the living area, and the full bath sits in between. Coachmen also worked in an outdoor kitchen, so you can grill and prep meals outside without tracking in and out. Owners tend to love how the Apex 264RKS lives for two, with plenty of places to stash gear for longer trips.
