The rear kitchen is the defining move here. It flips the typical layout so the King bed gets prime real estate up front while the kitchen anchors the back with solid surface countertops, a gas oven, and a built-in outside cook center for those nights you'd rather grill than heat up the interior. CrossRoads went deep on the insulation package: reflective foil in the roof, cap, and floor, plus a 2-inch heat duct in the enclosed underbelly and a 30,000 BTU furnace that make cold-weather camping genuinely viable. The electric awning with LED strip, outside speakers, and exterior kitchen mean the back end of this trailer essentially becomes an outdoor living room at camp. At around 5,200 lbs, it tows lighter than it feels inside. Dexter EZ Lube axles with a 5-year warranty don't hurt the confidence factor either.
Other travel trailers floor plans (around 29 ft 11 in), similar in size and price to the Sunset Trail Super Lite 251RK.
