What makes the 1700BHLE stand out in the compact bunkhouse crowd is how much East to West packed into 23 feet, a Murphy Queen bed up front, double-over-double bunks alongside a full rear bath, and an 81" interior ceiling height that keeps the space from feeling cramped. The 42,000 BTU tankless on-demand water heater is a genuine upgrade you don't often see at this price, and the fully finished pass-through storage with magnetic latch doors adds real everyday practicality. Inside, solid wood door frames, seamless countertops, and residential-inspired kitchen and living spaces give it a more substantial feel than the footprint suggests. USB and C-port charging stations at the beds and bunks, 4G LTE and WiFi prep, and solar prep mean it's wired for modern travel right from the factory.
