The Salem Select Southwest 175BHCE squeezes a proper bunkhouse layout and a full bath into a footprint that most half-ton trucks can handle, which is a genuinely useful combination at this size. Bunk beds make the sleeping arrangement practical rather than just theoretical, and the compact length keeps campsite options open. Like most Forest River Salem builds, the 175BHCE earns its fans mostly on floorplan and value, though owners consistently recommend a thorough pre-delivery inspection, paying close attention to seals, plumbing connections, and appliance operation before you drive off the lot.
