The private bunk room with a sliding door is the real story here. It gives kids their own space while adults actually get some quiet, a rare thing when you're sleeping 11 people in a travel trailer. Two slide-outs open things up considerably once you're parked, and owners consistently rave about the storage. East to West is a Forest River subsidiary that punches above its price point on layouts and livability, and the 31KBH shows that. Multiple owners note it tows more predictably than expected for a rig this size, thanks to solid tongue weight.
