Escape's one-piece fiberglass shell is the backbone of the 21C Base — it's what gives the trailer its reputation for durability and strong resale value that owners talk about on forums. The standard dual 6V 220Ah AGM batteries and 55-amp converter/charger are a solid starting point, but the real flexibility comes from the extensive off-grid upgrade path: you can spec it all the way up to a Victron Zap Pack with a 3000VA inverter/charger, MPPT solar controller, and up to four lithium batteries. Inside, thermal double-glazed framed windows, wrap-around overhead compartments, and a fiberglass enclosed bathroom with shower keep things practical on longer trips.
