The Forest River Airelume 162 is a compact travel trailer that punches above its weight with a 60K on-demand tankless water heater, a full bath, and a 12V refrigerator, all in a tow-friendly package that most half-ton trucks can handle. Roof-mounted solar prep comes standard, and an optional 200W panel with a 30-amp controller means you can add off-grid capability without a major retrofit. The Tufflex PVC roofing carries a limited lifetime warranty, and construction details like 16" or less on-center framing and 5/8" tongue-and-groove plywood floor decking suggest Forest River put real thought into the bones of the Airelume 162. The coffee nook and Stow N Go storage solutions are small touches that make a shorter floor plan feel more livable day to day.
