Don't let the 20-foot length fool you. The 16RBX squeezes in a rear bedroom with mirrored wardrobes, a full bathroom, and a Murphy bed without feeling cramped. The kitchen punches above its weight too, with a deep undermount farm-style sink, GE stainless microwave, and matte black faucets that give it a much more upscale feel than the price point suggests. Universal solar prep with roof and charge controller wiring already in place makes it easy to add a 200W panel down the road, and the seamless roof membrane backs you up with an 18-year warranty. Owners consistently call out the solid construction, from the 5/8" tongue-and-groove floor to the Roto-Cast holding tanks. As what keeps them coming back to this floor plan.
