The Forest River Aurora Light 18BHS earns its footprint by layering in a bunkhouse, a Murphy bed, and a U-shaped dinette without feeling like a compromise, and an optional outdoor kitchen keeps the fun outside when the weather cooperates. Forest River equips it with a full GE kitchen suite including a 10.7 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator, a tankless water heater, and a heat pump A/C unit, which are genuinely useful upgrades at this price point. The Aurora Light 18BHS also comes solar-prepped from the factory, with roof and charge controller wiring already run, so adding the 200W solar package is a clean bolt-on rather than a retrofit headache. Build quality is entry-level, as is typical for the segment, but the screwed cabinet construction and 5/8" plywood throughout suggest Forest River put some thought into the bones.
