The Forest River Cherokee 264U brings a lot of visual polish to the budget end of the travel trailer market, with shaker-style cabinet doors, cathedral overhead cabinets in the kitchen and living room, and residential self-edged radius countertops that feel a step above the price point. The slide-out stretches to a generous 5'11" of headroom with a flush floor transition, making the living space feel noticeably roomier than that ceiling height suggests. A full bath with a glass-enclosed shower and a 3-burner high-output cooktop round out the practical side, and the large pass-through storage handles gear without complaint. The Cherokee line earns its following among value-conscious buyers, though it's worth noting that owners occasionally report quality-control variability, so a thorough pre-delivery inspection is a smart move with the Cherokee 264U.
