Travel trailers that share features with the Salem 26DBUD, like bunk beds, front bedroom and U-shaped dinette.
The Forest River Salem 26DBUD does a lot of heavy lifting with its layout: a private front bedroom, a dedicated bunk area, a U-shaped dinette, and two entry doors that keep traffic flowing naturally through the coach. The outdoor kitchen makes al fresco cooking genuinely convenient rather than an afterthought, and dual-door access means the bunks in back can function almost independently from the rest of the trailer. Inside, Forest River's recent redesign shows up in the details: JBL speakers both inside and out, dimmable 4K blade lighting, a 60K BTU on-demand tankless water heater, and a backlit arched radius bathroom mirror that punches above the price point. The Versa-Flex furniture system and Stow N Go storage give the interior flexibility that fixed floorplans typically can't match. Worth noting: the Salem line sits in the budget-to-midrange tier, and owner reviews flag inconsistent fit-and-finish as a common theme, so a thorough pre-delivery inspection is time well spent.
