The rear kitchen layout is the star here. It puts the cooking space at the back where there's more room to move, while the U-shaped dinette creates a natural gathering spot that doesn't feel like an afterthought. The front bedroom offers a bit of separation from the living area, and a full bath rounds out the floorplan. Owners frequently call it one of the more livable layouts in this price range, so if the rear-kitchen configuration appeals to you, it's worth a close look, just bring a checklist and inspect the seals and finish work carefully before signing.
