The front bedroom gives the adults some separation from the chaos, while the bunk beds in the rear handle the overflow. Gulf Stream managed to fit sleeping for 10 into 31 feet without it feeling like a sardine can. Having two entry/exit doors is a bigger deal than it sounds in a bunkhouse layout like this, since kids and gear can come and go through the back without constantly interrupting whatever's happening up front. The single full bath is centrally located between the two living zones, which keeps the flow sensible. Gulf Stream's Envision LE line targets value-conscious buyers who want a livable family layout without stepping up to a fifth wheel footprint.
