The Jayco Hummingbird 17RB makes a strong case for going small without giving up much: you get a full bath, convection microwave, power awning with LED lighting, and a power tongue jack in a package light enough to open up a wider range of tow vehicles. Jayco's Stronghold VBL vacuum-bonded laminated construction keeps the walls solid, and the enclosed underbelly with radiant barrier insulation adds some weather resilience for a trailer this size. The optional Baja Package is worth a look if you want extra ground clearance and off-road tires for getting off the beaten path. Owners consistently praise how easy the Hummingbird 17RB is to maneuver and park, especially in tighter campgrounds where bigger rigs struggle.
