Jayco Jay Flight SLX 290RKS

The Jayco Jay Flight SLX 290RKS flips the usual script by putting the kitchen at the rear and the bedroom up front, which means the Queen bed is tucked away from the living area rather than sandwiched in the middle of traffic. The standard feature list is genuinely generous for a mainstream travel trailer: an on-demand tankless water heater, power awning, 8 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator, and solid hardwood cabinet doors with hidden hinges all come without opening the options book. Owners consistently call out the Jay Flight SLX 290RKS for towability and a floorplan that actually works in real life, and it holds up better than most entry-level competitors in that regard. If you want to step it up, the Elite Package adds fiberglass sidewalls, a fireplace, aluminum rims, and a pull-out kitchen faucet, and the Overlander I Solar Package is a clean way to add off-grid capability.
