The rear living layout puts the lounge and fireplace at the back where you actually want to relax, while the kitchen up front features seamless countertops, a deep undermount stainless sink, and a 42,000 BTU tankless water heater, no more cold showers on day two. The KZ Advantage Package adds serious bones: a climate package with heated enclosed underbelly, power front jack, exterior speakers, and a full glass entry door with screen defender. Hand-crafted mortise and tenon cabinet doors and residential hardware give the interior a notch-up feel for the price point, and owners frequently call out the smart storage and overall layout as standout strengths. An off-grid solar package and theater seating with heat and massage are available options worth considering if you want to stretch the capabilities further.
