The standout here is the 42,000 BTU Suburban tankless water heater. On-demand hot water in a trailer under 20 feet is a genuine perk, and owners have noticed it. The rear bath layout keeps the Queen bed up front feeling like its own space, with bedside outlets, wardrobe storage, and underbed storage rounding out a surprisingly functional bedroom. Out back, the full pass-through storage and power awning add real utility without adding much weight. At this size and price point, it's a straightforward, low-barrier entry into towing your own trailer.
