The interior of the 26LBWE leans decidedly residential. Shaker-style hardwood cabinet doors, a high-rise chef's faucet over a black stainless undermount sink, seamless pressed countertops, and a 5,500 BTU electric fireplace with remote and thermostat control make the living space feel more like a cabin than a trailer. Keystone's HyperCore composite walls with high-gloss fibrogloss finish and the 100% inorganic, water-resistant HyperDeck flooring give this unit real durability cred, backed by the kind of long-term owner reports that are hard to fake. One Cougar owner logged six years of full-time use without a frame or suspension issue. On the road, the off-road Rainier ST Apex tires, High Performance Road Armor shock-absorbing equalizer, and heavy-duty 4,400 lb. axles with ABS brakes make a confidence-inspiring package. The 80-gallon fresh tank and dual-heated holding tanks round out a unit that's genuinely built for more than weekend use.
