The 31RBTS is built around its bunkhouse layout, with enough sleeping capacity for a crew of nine and a full bath to keep everyone moving in the morning. Outside, the lighted adjustable power awning, exterior speakers, and TV hookup bracket make it easy to set up a real outdoor living space at the campsite. Inside, you get an HD LED TV with interior surround sound, a hidden laundry chute, high-rise kitchen faucet, and reversible dinette cushions. More thoughtful touches than you'd expect at this price point. The Cold Mountain Package and 30,000 BTU furnace extend the usable season, while the full walk-on roof and roto-cast seamless holding tanks are practical durability wins worth noting on an entry-level build.
