$40,670
The Keystone Springdale 250BH puts the bunkhouse in the rear and a Queen bed up front, giving separate sleeping zones that help a full household actually get some rest. Standout features for the price include a Girard tankless water heater, an air fryer microwave, and a skylight above the tub. Touches you don't always find at this end of the market. The laundry chute, FLEX storage system, and underbed storage with struts show some thoughtful space planning throughout the cabin. As an entry-level Keystone build, the Springdale 250BH trades premium fit-and-finish for an accessible price point, so buyers who stay on top of maintenance and seal inspections tend to get the most out of it.
