The Keystone Springdale 285TLWE flips the usual script by putting the living area in the rear and the bedroom up front, with a walk-thru bath connecting the two. That Queen bed sits over underbed storage with struts to hold it open, and the bathroom gets a nice touch with a skylight above the tub. The Girard tankless water heater is a genuine standout at this price point, and the air fryer microwave, 10 cu. ft. refrigerator, and extra tall overhead cabinets make the kitchen genuinely functional. The Springdale line is squarely in economy territory, so buyers tend to prioritize the roomy layout and value-forward feature list over premium finishes, and most owners report a solid experience once any small initial fixes are sorted.
