The front bedroom separation from the bunkhouse is the real story here. Adults get genuine privacy while kids have their own zone in the back. Two entry doors mean the bunk crowd isn't tramping through the main living space, and the half bath near the bunks keeps morning routines from turning into a traffic jam. The outdoor kitchen extends the living space when the weather cooperates, which is exactly when you want it most. Palomino builds these with Forest River backing, and long-term owners tend to report that small warranty items come up but rarely anything structural, a reasonable trade-off at this price point for a layout this functional.
