The rear-entry layout is what makes the 16RE click. It keeps the living space feeling open and organized without the usual small-trailer compromise. Shasta's required Compact Package does a lot of heavy lifting here: tankless water heater, black tank flush, an 8 cu ft refrigerator, and an airfryer/convection microwave mean you're not giving up kitchen functionality to get into something towable by a half-ton truck. USB charging stations throughout, motion sensor lighting, and a Bluetooth portable speaker are baked in standard. For anyone wanting to add capability later, the 200-watt solar and power tongue jack are clean upgrades worth considering.
