Taylor Coach built the Codester BASE around a box steel frame with R-7 insulated walls, radius tinted UV/solar-reflectant windows, and an aluminum roof. Solid bones for a lightweight unit. Solar panels, a ducted furnace, air conditioning, and a flip-up counter extension are all on the options list if you want to build it out further.
