Forest River FR3 35DS

Built on the Ford F53 chassis with a 7.3L V-8 pushing 335 horsepower and a MORryde suspension upfit, the 35DS brings more mechanical substance than you'd expect at its price point. The power fold-away overhead bunk with a 350 lb. weight capacity is the layout's signature move. Stow it when you want the living space back, deploy it when you need to sleep up to eight. Out back, a 32" exterior smart TV and marine-grade speakers make the outside entertainment center genuinely usable, and the optional combo washer/dryer and Battle Born lithium battery with solar panel take the rig a step closer to self-sufficient camping. Inside, solid hardwood cabinetry and stainless appliances punch above the entry-level Class A category, though owners note the finishing details are consistent with the FR3's value-focused positioning.
