Newmar builds the Bay Star 3408 with the kind of fit and finish that owners consistently rate above competitors. Think opposing slides that open up the living space, high interior storage that actually solves the "where does everything go" problem, and insulation solid enough to handle temperature extremes without complaint. The rear bedroom layout keeps sleeping and living areas well-separated, and the Ford chassis delivers smooth, predictable handling for a rig this size. Long-term owners report mostly trouble-free use and around 8.2 mpg, which is respectable for a Class A with this much livability built in. Newmar's reputation for standing behind their product is a recurring theme in owner feedback. The kind of thing that matters when you're putting real miles on a motorhome.
