Class a motorhomes that share features with the King Aire 4596, like chassis spartan, east west bed and king bed.
Newmar's King Aire has long been the brand's flagship, and the 4596 makes a strong case for why. It's built around a 605-hp Cummins diesel on a Spartan K3 tag axle chassis, paired with Comfort Drive adaptive steering that owners consistently describe as a surprisingly easy drive for a 45-foot coach. The full-paint Masterpiece Finish with clearcoat and cut-and-buff gives it a look that's hard to miss, and the details hold up close too: stainless trim throughout, Girard dual nova side awnings with wind sensors, frameless double-pane safety glass windows, and a built-in hot water power washer with a 50-foot hose reel. Inside, the construction is serious. R19 Polar Pak roof insulation, laminated foam sidewalls, and hydraulic leveling jacks. While features like the passive entry system, touchpad keyless door, and ajar warnings for every exterior opening show how much thought went into the day-to-day experience. This is one of those coaches where the engineering and the luxury genuinely go together rather than trading one off against the other.
