The fireplace and 40" TV combo is a nice surprise in a B+ this size. It gives the living area a genuinely cozy feel rather than the stripped-down efficiency you'd expect. Gulf Stream builds the Y5240 on a Ford 7.3L V-8 with a 55-gallon fuel tank, so long hauls between stops aren't the constant fuel-stop math exercise smaller tanks demand. The tankless water heater, 10 cu. ft. double-door 12V refrigerator, and three-burner range with oven are the kind of specs that let you stretch a stay without feeling like you're roughing it. Basement storage, slide-out toppers, and a welded aluminum cage for the sidewalls and roof round out a build that's clearly meant for extended use, not just weekend runs.
