Built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis, the Heritage MD4 170EXT reflects Midwest Automotive Designs' reputation for premium fit and finish. Curved European laminate cabinets, solid surface countertops, and soft-touch automotive wall panels give the interior a genuinely upscale feel. The standard kit is impressively deep: rooftop solar with 330Ah house batteries, a tankless hot water heater, diesel and electric furnace, a 2.5KW propane generator, and a 2000W inverter mean you're set up for serious off-grid capability right out of the box. An induction cooktop, Alpine sound system with amp and subwoofer, digital touchscreen coach controls, and a power folding rear sofa bed round out the standard amenities, and the optional Freedom 1080 package with lithium batteries, higher-output inverter, and Starlink compatibility takes the setup even further. The all-in-one utility bay with macerator pump and hose reel makes campsite chores notably cleaner and quicker than a typical Class B.
