The Midwest Heritage MD2 170 EXT earns its reputation for "not feeling like an RV" through details like solid surface countertops, laminated European curved upper cabinets, soft-touch automotive wall panels, and an Alpine sound system with amp and subwoofer. Fit and finish that sits well above typical Class B fare. Day-to-day living is covered by a Timberline tankless water heater, diesel and electric furnace, induction cooktop, and a Gree rooftop air conditioner, while the rooftop solar system and 2000W inverter keep things running off-grid. The power folding rear sofa converts to sleeping for up to three, and the full bath features a dual-entry shower with solid doors and portal windows. For those who want to cut the cord entirely, the optional Freedom 1080 package swaps the generator and propane for 1080Ah of lithium batteries, 320 watts of solar, and a 3000W inverter.
