At 24 feet, the Forester 2251SLE is short enough to feel genuinely manageable. Owners consistently note the driving experience is closer to a pickup truck than a traditional motorhome. The over-cab bunk is the layout's smart move, squeezing sleeping space for six into a footprint that fits most campground sites without drama. A full bath, reliable appliances, and a quick-setup generator round out a rig that's built around getting you out on weekends with minimal friction. Forest River pitches this squarely at occasional adventurers rather than full-timers, and the feature density for the price point reflects that focus.
