Sleeping seven in a rig you can actually drive without white knuckles is the whole appeal of the Minnie Winnie 31D. The layout pairs a rear Queen bed with a front bunk over the cab, so kids and adults each get their own space, and the full bath keeps everyone from lining up in the morning. The galley comes ready to cook with a 3-burner range, vented hood, microwave, and a real pantry, while the Ford E450 chassis and 6.8L Triton V10 give you plenty of muscle for the mountains. Owners consistently call it roomy and well laid out with storage where you need it, and Winnebago's reputation for build quality and support backs it up.
