Built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis with a turbodiesel engine, the 24D is the kind of rig owners brag about squeezing into campgrounds that turn away bigger coaches. Without feeling like they compromised on the inside. The Murphy bed and over-cab bunk handle sleeping for four, while the U-shaped dinette with flip-up footrests doubles as a genuine gathering space. Winnebago loaded the electrical system with a 320-amp-hour Lithionics lithium battery, dual solar panels, and a 2,000-watt pure sine wave inverter, so dry camping isn't just possible. It's comfortable. The rear wet bath and full suite of Mercedes driver-assist tech (adaptive cruise, blind spot monitoring, lane keeping) round out a floor plan that earns its reputation as one of the more capable compact Class Cs on the market.
