The Chariot Eagle 498 HC is built more like a cabin than a trailer, with 10" I-beams, 2x6 floor joists, and R-19/R-11/R-30 insulation throughout, topped by 30-year architectural shingles over a vented soffit and OSB roof decking. Cathedral ceilings run the full length, giving the interior a surprisingly open feel for a destination unit. The kitchen comes well-equipped with an 18-cubic-foot frost-free refrigerator, a 30" gas range, ceramic tile backsplash, and a range hood with powered exhaust. A sleeper sofa with innerspring mattress and a butterfly dinette handle the social spaces, while the bedroom offers a Queen bed on a metal frame with two reading lights and a mirrored closet with built-in drawers.
