The Forest River XLR Nitro 405 is built for hauling a serious load of toys while still sleeping up to 10 people, all within a single full bath floor plan that owners generally find livable and well-thought-out. Towing manners draw consistent praise from those who've put miles on one. That said, the XLR Nitro line carries a mixed reputation for build consistency, with a notable portion of owners reporting issues ranging from leaks and appliance failures to leveling problems. Buyers who've had good luck with theirs tend to highlight the layout and the value it delivers at this price point in the toy hauler segment.
