We bought this unit as an ex-rental unit out of Indiana. We thought there was a small cabover repair needed but it turns out this unit could use a roof! The front half of the roof has softness and there is also noticeable staining on one side of the cabover. Also the windshield is cracked and there is a gouge in the sidewall. There are various other nicks and scratches but the issues above are the major issues we know about.
With our shop being several weeks out, we decided the best course of action is to offer this coach for sale at a price that is well below market value. Based on our research, perfect condition this coach should sell between $55,000 and $60,000.

We priced this at $39,995. While we are selling this coach as-is with no guarantees we did put a new engine battery in this motor home, changed the oil in the generator, changed the engine oil, and sealed the roof.
