The Salem Grand Villa 44ZEN is built around living large, with a roomy kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a rainfall Versa-Sink, and solid surface countertops (optional), plus seating and storage that genuinely rival a stick-and-brick. A JBL 3-zone media center with interior and exterior speakers sets the tone, while dimmable LED blade lighting, 4K awning lighting, and a retro-metal exterior redesign give the Salem Grand Villa 44ZEN a look that stands out in any campground. The 60K on-demand tankless water heater, walk-on Tufflex roof, and 84" tall slide-out rooms speak to a unit designed for extended stays rather than occasional weekends. Quality control has been a known variable across the Salem Grand Villa line, so a thorough pre-delivery inspection is worth penciling into your buying process.
