The front bedroom placement is the real win here. It puts parents on one end of the trailer and kids in the bunkhouse on the other, with actual separation between them. The outdoor kitchen means camp cooking doesn't have to happen inside, and with a 3-burner flush-mount stovetop that includes an air fryer plus a tankless on-demand water heater inside, the galley punches above its weight class. Coachmen includes 200 watts of solar standard, which is a genuine bonus for stretching off-grid stays. Owners consistently praise the floor plan and how easy this thing is to tow at around 6,000 lbs, though the Apex line is known more for livability than luxury. Expect a solid camping rig, not a high-end build.

Double slides, a bunkhouse, plus a private bedroom and sleeping for nine make this model ready for anything! There is a private bunkhouse with a slide out futon and an overhead bunk, plus a second bunk with storage beneath for the kids to enjoy. Up front, a queen bed will provide two a comfortable night's rest in a private bedroom, and any other guests can sleep on the booth dinette and sofa in the main living area. The chef can cook indoors, or outdoors on the outside kitchen, and since there is an 18' power awning with LED lights, you can enjoy a bit of outdoor living space as well!
Lightweight living and camping is found with the Apex Ultra-Lite travel trailers by Coachmen. These eco-friendly units are made to last thanks to the Azdel composite sidewalls, the laminated aluminum floor, and the vacuum-bonded laminated crowned roof. Lippert axles and nitrogen filled radial tires make towing easier than ever, plus there is a friction hinge entrance door, a 100-watt solar panel with a 10 Amp control charger, and slam latch baggage door catches for easy unloading. Some of the interior comforts you'll fall in love with are the one-piece seamless edge countertops, the hard valances with night shades throughout, the matte black hardware, and the residential comforter. The Apex Ultra-Lite trailers also include USB ports, a digital TV antenna with cable hook-ups and Wi-Fi capability, and an AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth to ensure you'll never be bored on rainy camp days!
