Tucking the bedroom away at the rear creates a genuine sense of separation between sleeping and living spaces. Something owners consistently call out as a highlight of this floorplan. The full bath earns its own praise, with a skylight overhead and enough room to actually use it comfortably. Dual A/Cs keep things manageable in warmer weather, and the washer/dryer hookups are a rare find at this price point. Just worth knowing going in: the Atlas line has some quality inconsistency off the factory floor, so a good pre-delivery inspection pays off.
