The 10-foot garage is the headline here. It's a genuine toy hauler at a price point that undercuts most of the competition, with the front bedroom keeping sleeping quarters well separated from the garage end. A walk-thru bath is a smart touch in this layout, accessible from both the bedroom and the main living area. The U-shaped dinette gives you real elbow room for meals or game nights, and two entry doors mean you're not funneling everyone through one spot. As a budget-friendly build under the Dutchmen umbrella, it rewards buyers who prioritize livable floorplan over premium finishes.
